Astha Rath is a fifth-year student at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. She has represented her University at prestigious moot court competitions like the Vis Vienna Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition and the Stetson Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. She has also won laurels at the NALSAR Mediation Tournament and NLUJ Deal Mediation. In terms of extra-curricular activities, she has been the Convenor of the University’s Cultural Committee. Astha is currently a senior editor at the NUJS Law Review and spends her free time learning the ukulele. She will be joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as an incoming Associate in 2024.
